Abstract

Pengalaman kerja memungkinkan manajer untuk mengembangkan orientasi kewirausahaan, termasuk kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan, kemampuan untuk berinovasi, dan kemampuan untuk bersikap proaktif. Hal tersebut akan berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan.
