National Job Corps Study: Assessing Program Effects on Earnings for Students Achieving Key Program Milestones

Abstract

Using nonexperimental methods, presents estimates of the effects of Job Corps for participants who complete vocational training and those who do not, as well as for participants who obtain a GED and those who do not.
