Jordan Refugee Livelihoods Development Impact Bond Evaluation Framework

Abstract

This report describes Mathematica's design for the evaluation of the first ever Development Impact Bond in a refugee context. The evaluation seeks to measure the metrics to determine payments to investors and generate broader learning about the program's impacts.
