Technology-environment-employment linkages and the rural poor of Bangladesh: insights from farm-level data

Abstract

Considers the effect on income, income distribution, production, employment and the environment, of major technological changes in agriculture which have occurred in villages located on the floodplains in the Kushtia region and the Chittagong Hill Districts. Based on surveys carried out in 1990/1991.
