Abstract

Ce rapport étudie l'articulation entre le système de formation initiale et continue et le système d'emplois dans une perspective comparative et dynamique. Les auteurs s'appuient sur "une comparaison entre les situations française et allemande pour appréhender la manière dont ces contextes sociétaux spécifiques ont évolué dans le temps (entre les années 70 et 90), pour tendre, sur certains points, à se rapprocher pour faire face à des contraintes fortes et similaires de plus grandes nécessités de flexibilité et d'innovation. Le rapport final se décline en trois parties : la première, à contenu à la fois descriptif~analytique et hypothétique, la seconde et la troisième chargées d'éprouver empiriquement l'angle théorique retenu et les hypothèses associées."
