Abstract

La norme et la mondialisation soulèvent la question du processus d'émergence des normes. Dans le contexte controversé de la gouvernance des entreprises nous proposons une approche sociologique de ce processus de normalisation et de son impact sur la perception des acteurs. deux études qualitative dans le cas français illustrent la logique d'acteurs sous-jacents à ce processus
