Abstract

L'élaboration budgétaire dans une entreprise estelle sous-tendue par un comportement de type conventionnel de la part de ses acteurs ? Pour répondre à cette question, nous nous appuyons d'une part, sur les travaux existants sur la théorie des conventions et d'autre part, sur un enquête terrain.
