Le Role Des Salaries Dans La Relation Banque-Entreprise

Abstract

L'expérience française montre qu'une asymétrie informationnelle en amont de la décision de crédit crée un risque d'antisélection. L'investisseur bancaire se prémunit contre ce risque en rationnant les entreprises soit par les taux, soit par les volumes distribués. Nous montrons ici que la contribution des salariés aux fonds propres de l'entreprise peut alors être perçue comme un signal positif dans la relation banque-entreprise.
