Abstract

Cet article se propose d'analyser les conditions de faisabilité d'une libéralisation du secteur gazier russe, à partir d'une étude du projet de loi de 2002. Celui-ci vise à la dé-intégration de la société gazière russe Gazprom qui détient un quasi-monopole de production, ainsi que le monopole des transports et des exportations.
