Abstract

Notre sujet d'analyse porte sur l'émergence, la coordination et le pilotage d'un réseau sociétal territorial impulsé par une collectivité régionale et une agence gouvernementale dans le domaine de l'efficacité énergétique. Particuliers, associations relais, petites et moyennes entreprises, laboratoires de recherche publics et privés, collectivités, organismes de formation, vont tour à tour être sollicités et mobilisés afin de contribuer à l'objectif régional d'amélioration de l'empreinte climatique. La trajectoire organisationnelle de ce réseau d'acteurs publics et privés peut s'analyser au travers d'une lecture par les projets.
