L’écriture d’un livre collectif comme outil de réflexivité : un retour d’expérience

Abstract

L'écriture d'un mémoire de Master amène les étudiants en alternance à mobiliser des compétences diverses. D'abord, nous leur demandons d'être capables d'agréger des connaissances, c'est-à-dire de savoir lire des articles scientifiques et des livres, de les sélectionner, de les synthétiser et de les restituer. Ce sont ensuite des compétences méthodologiques qu'ils doivent mobiliser (méthodes quantitatives ou qualitatives notamment). Enfin, la rédaction d'un mémoire requiert en elle-même une capacité à écrire. Cependant, l'exigence liées au contenu du mémoire ne s'arrête pas là. Comment réussir à « prendre du recul » face à une situation professionnelle qui relève du quotidien ? Notre question de recherche est donc formulée ainsi : comment développer la réflexivité d'étudiants en alternance de niveau Master afin de les préparer au mieux à la rédaction de leur mémoire ? L'expérimentation pédagogique présentée a été réalisée au 1er semestre de l'année universitaire 2022-2023, en 1ère année d'un Master Gestion des Ressources Humaines comprenant 65 étudiants en alternance répartis en deux groupes. Ainsi, pour favoriser la prise de recul des étudiants, il leur a été proposé d'écrire en binôme un article dont l'objet était de mettre en valeur les formes de « stupidité fonctionnelle » observables dans leur quotidien. Le résultat final de cette expérimentation (dans une forme qui s'inspire en partie de Szpirglas, 2021) prend donc la forme d'un livre auto-publié (avec dépôt légal et numéro ISBN).
