Abstract

Decision-making consists of making a choice among several proposals. To achieve this, the organisation can either mobilise an A.I., or the expertise of a manager who, by nature or emergency, can have faith in his/her intuition. The latter is at the crossroads of experience, cognitive intelligence, and emotional intelligence. Strangely, while confirmatory and exploratory methods often associate A.I. and intuition, they do not mobilize the intelligence of gifted people. It is this lack that this article fills here by proposing a new integrative model of decision-making.
