Abstract

, De nombreuses recherches ont été menées sur les raisons d'une délocalisation d'entreprises et les modalités de celle-ci, mais elles n'ont guère intégré les contraintes et les modalités de la prise de décision dans le cas des PME. Nous avons donc croisé plusieurs ancrages théoriques : théorie de l'internationalisation, théorie des coûts de transaction, théorie néo institutionnelle avec des analyses de la stratégie en PME pour mieux déceler les risques et les potentialités de ce mode de développement. Notre communication met en évidence les liens entre ces différents supports théoriques dans le cadre de la prise de décision de délocalisation des PME.
