Pour une approche par les ressources du travail institutionnel

Abstract

Ce travail s'intéresse à la réception de la Théorie Néo Institutionnelle sociologique dans le champ de la stratégie. En distinguant entre trois approches qui intègrent une vision des institutions dans le champ de la stratégie nous faisons ressortir des manques et des lacunes dans la littérature auxquelles nous avons tenté d'y apporter des réponses. En effet la réception de la TNI dans le champ de la stratégie révèle une vision assise sur les pressions et les contraintes qu'exercent les institutions sur les organisations et qui influencent leur performance, les décisions de sélection des ressources idiosyncratiques et le partage de certaines ressources et compétences par un groupe d'acteurs. Cette vision est quelques part surprenante tant la TNI a évolué dans de nouvelles directions contraires. En effet la question qui occupent la TNI actuellement réside dans la compréhension de comment les organisations influencent et façonnent les institutions dont elles subissent les pressions. Partant de ce constat nous avons essayé dans ce travail d'apporter une lecture intégratrice entre le courant des ressources de la stratégie et la TNI afin d'appréhender les ressources, les capacités et les compétences que développent et utilisent les organisations afin de façonner les institutions à leur avantage. Quatre compétences sont identifiées dans ce travail : les compétences de compréhension de l'environnement, les compétences de justification et de rationalisation, les compétences de mobilisation politique et enfin les compétences de contrôle des ressources externes.
