Abstract

Dans les industries à risques, la gestion des parties prenantes des risques (travailleurs, populations…) est considérée comme une contribution de la gouvernance des risques à la fiabilité organisationnelle (Perrow, 1999). Dans le champ de la gestion des parties prenantes, les approches pragmatistes soulignent l'importance de la manière d'animer le dialogue, mais sans explorer la manière dont chacun met en suspens une partie de ses intérêts. Nous visons les questions suivantes : Comment des acteurs contribuant à une relation contrôleur/contrôlé mettent-ils en suspens leurs intérêts ? Pour prendre en compte quelles parties prenantes (travailleurs, populations…) ? Nous étudions un cas d'évaluation d'une démonstration de sûreté par l'IRSN de 2010 à 2011. Nous avons procédé à une collecte de documents complétée d'entretiens, et avons analysé le corpus à l'aide du logiciel Cytoscape pour répertorier et analyser les relations entre textes. Nos résultats montrent que la relativisation du récit que les acteurs font de leur activité est plus utile pour gérer les relations inter-organisationnelles, et la relativisation de l'hypothèse que l'existence d'organisations de contrôle et d'expertise va de soi est plus utilisée pour les relations intra-organisationnelles.
