Articuler anticipation et résilience pour gouverner les risques des démantèlements

Abstract

Le démantèlement des installations nucléaires suscite une transition pour la gouvernance des risques, car il implique d'articuler l'anticipation et la résilience. Les acteurs de la gouvernance articulent ces stratégies en faisant converger leurs doutes et ceux des acteurs des activités à risques.
