Des business models inclusifs en faveur de personnes en situation de handicap : le cas APF Entreprises

Abstract

Cette recherche investigue les business models des entreprises adaptées (EA) et les établissements et services d'aide par le travail (ESAT), en France. Incluant, à hauteur de 80 % de leur effectif, des travailleurs en situation de handicap, les business models de ces entreprises sociales sont inclusifs i.e. ils reposent majoritairement sur des ressources délaissées par le marché de l'emploi. Les résultats de l'étude empirique menée au sein d'EA et d'ESAT du groupe APF Entreprises, sont présentés au travers le cadre d'analyse « SI-RCOV framework », issu de l'hybridation de modèles existants dans la littérature et de la spécificité du terrain. Ils font apparaître : des propositions de valeur à attribut social explicite, des ressources et compétences spécifiques, organisés de manière à simultanément créer de la valeur économique pour les clients-entreprises, et de la valeur pour la société via l'emploi délibérément majoritaire de travailleurs handicapés. L'incidence de l'intention stratégique, ici inclusive, sur l'ensemble des éléments du business model, confirme l'intérêt, et suggère le potentiel théorique et pratique du cadre d'analyse proposé.
