Agenda 2000, dairy policy instruments and farm milk price

Abstract

L'objectif principal de cette communication est d'analyser l'impact de la réforme Agenda 2000 sur les instruments de politique laitière. En particulier la réduction des prix d'intervention du beurre et de la poudre de lait écrémé, l'augmentation des quantités de références, au rythme de la baisse des prix de soutien. Cette évaluation est conduite en utilisant le Modèle d'équilibre général de l'agriculture et de l'agro-alimentaire français (MEGAAF).
