Abstract

The article is part of the general theme of coaching actors in the organization, so that there is now a strong expansion of the use of the term and its practice in all areas of social life. The article highlights the similarities between a researcher and an assistant. For this purpose, the researcher engages a reflexive posture. He reads the story of previous research in the light of the literature on coaching. Thus, a review of the literature on coaching and practice is the subject of the first part of the article, before developing the process of reflexivity, tone heuristic and a posteriori, in a second part. Finally, we develop the conditions and limits of the comparison steps the researcher and the accompanist. The paper offers an interesting framework for the qualitative researcher, exploring the conditions under which "endorses" a new role and / or status.
