Abstract

Dans ce papier, écrit avant l'accord bilatéral de Washington entre la CEE et les USA, on essaie de répondre aux trois questions suivantes : 1-Quels sont les impacts relatifs de la réforme de la PAC et du compromis Dunkel sur l'agriculture communautaire et les marchés mondiaux ? 2-Dans quelle mesure la réforme accroît le pouvoir de négociation de la CEE au GATT ? 3-Un accord est-il envisageable et quelle peut être sa portée, en particulier avec les intentions ambitieuses initiales ?
