Abstract

La récente loi de modernisation du système de santé a fait du tiers-payant le pilier d'une réforme dite "sociale". Un détour par l'histoire de la médecine libérale montre toutefois l'ambivalence de cette réforme qui va également dans le sens d'une privatisation plus prononcée de la médecine de ville.
