La compatibilidad del trabajo y el cobro de pensión en España: análisis institucional en el contexto europeo

Abstract

Este trabajo evalúa los dos programas básicos de compatibilización implementados en España: la Jubilación Parcial y la más reciente Jubilación Activa. Para ello, realizamos tres tareas básicas: (i) revisamos con detalle su contenido normativo, poniéndolo en la perspectiva de las instituciones en vigor en nuestros países vecinos; (ii) revisamos las pautas empíricas de uso de los dos programas y (iii) evaluamos los incentivos financieros implícitos en los mismos.
