Abstract

La docencia tiene hoy un papel más importante del que se había pensado tradicionalmente. Por lo tanto, será importante asignar el capital humano más adecuado para realizar la labor educativa y llevar a cabo una evaluación del profesorado que permita crear los incentivos necesarios para asegurar la efectividad docente. Por otra parte, los inputs y características observables del profesor no son indicativos del grado de efi cacia de la labor educativa.
