Abstract

The IAEA topical seminar on Financing of Nuclear Power Projects in Developing Countries reaffirmed that a major requirement for and constraint on the development of nuclear power projects in developing countries is the ability to obtain the considerable financial resources needed on reasonable terms. [Technical Report Series No. 353].
