Sostenibilidad del seguro previsional en Colombia

Abstract

La primera analiza la sostenibilidad del Seguro Previsional desde un punto de vista económico, con los objetivos principales de evaluar el funcionamiento del ramo, identificar los riesgos y costos que lo afectan, y cuantificar los efectos de los mismos. La segunda parte estudia a profundidad, desde un punto de vista jurídico, los aspectos regulatorios del Seguro Previsional. En la última sección del documento se proporcionan las conclusiones y recomendaciones que surgen de las dos partes del estudio.
