Abstract

Apresenta uma síntese dos métodos quantitativos que podem ser usados para delimitação de mercado relevante, fazendo uma resenha dos métodos usados no SBDC e ao final faz recomendações de usos e a identificação de tendências e sugestões de aplicações dos métodos.
