Determinants Of Kansas Agricultural Land Values

Abstract

The objective of this analysis is to examine the role of factors in determining the sale price of agricultural land in Kansas using hedonic modeling. This study uses multiple estimates to test the robustness of larger regional models. Results indicate that regional models vary significantly from state model.
