Análisis de las diferentes dimensiones de las competencias en el trabajo

Abstract

El objetivo de esta comunicación es explorar las diferentes dimensiones que subyacen a las competencias utilizadas por los trabajadores en su puesto de trabajo. El estudio se lleva a cabo para diversos países, lo que nos permite detectar la existencia a nivel internacional de diferentes patrones de competencias en la práctica laboral. Para realizar el estudio aplicamos la metodología Dual Scaling, para el análisis de datos categóricos, a los datos del Programa Internacional para la Evolución de las Competencias de la Población Adulta (PIAAC) del año 2012.
