Arbeiten in der Industrie 4.0: Trendbestimmungen und arbeitspolitische Handlungsfelder

Abstract

"Industrie 4.0" ist nicht nur ein weiterer Schritt in der Automatisierung und digitalen Vernetzung der Industrieproduktion. Vielmehr verbinden sich mit diesem Ansatz Umbrüche, die die auch die Arbeit in der Industrie nicht unberührt lassen werden. Mehr noch: Es ist davon auszugehen, dass sich industrielle Arbeitswelten grundlegend wandeln werden. Die vorliegende Study hat das Ziel, einen ersten Überblick über Entwicklungstendenzen von Industrie 4.0 und den damit verbundenen Wandel von Produktionsarbeit zu geben. Sie wertet dazu nicht nur aktuelle Publikationen und Forschungsergebnisse zum Thema aus, sondern gibt auch einen Überblick über geförderte Forschungsprojekte, die "Industrie 4.0"-Themen in Zusammenhang mit arbeitsbezogenen Fragestellungen behandeln.
