Abstract

Territoriale Beschäftigungspakte sind eine wichtige institutionelle Innovation, die es ermöglicht, die Koordination von Arbeitsmarkt- und Wirtschaftspolitik in Österreich zu verstärken. Die Ergebnisse der Evaluierung zeigen, wieweit sie zu einer Integration wirtschafts- und arbeitsmarktpolitischer Zielsysteme, zur Verbesserung der Wirksamkeit, Effizienz und Transparenz der Arbeitsmarktpolitik und zu den im ESF-Ziel 3 normierten Zielen beitragen. Die Analyse identifiziert Voraussetzungen für erfolgreiche Pakte und leitet daraus Empfehlungen für die weitere Entwicklung der Institution Territorialer Beschäftigungspakte ab.
