Abstract

In this paper nature, scope and classification of IT Outsourcing groups are described. On the basis of these assumptions the relationship concept among insourcing and outsourcing and the author’s product and IT services model is proposed. The last part refers to the monitoring and evaluation of outsourcing contract co-operation and re-negotiation. In addition, the strategic advantages and threats of IT outsourcing are identified.
