Макроэкономическая Оценка Влияния Образования На Объемы Производства В Регионах России

Abstract

Экономисты все большее внимание уделяют анализу влияния образования на темпы и уровни экономического развития стран. При этом используются два подхода: расширенный неоклассический подход и «новая теория роста». Одним из главных является вопрос: на что влияет образование, на уровень производства и доходов или на темпы роста экономики? Доказано, что повышение среднего уровня образования в стране (или регионе) увеличивает объем выпуска продукции в масштабе от 3 до 6% на одного занятого в экономике при использовании расширенного неоклассического подхода, приводит к ускорению экономического роста более чем на 1 процентный пункт в соответствии с оценками на основе новой теории роста.
