Abstract

Новые знания и, соответственно, наука и образование, как их источники, играют всё большую роль в современной экономике. Поскольку производство и накопление новых знаний тесно связано с человеческим капиталом, то можно предположить, что оно осуществляется интенсивнее в странах и регионах с большим объёмом уже накопленного человеческого капитала.
