Workers in the industry are often subjected to emotional and physical labour to ensure that the client's expectations are met. It is therefore important to investigate the skills required by workers to ensure success. As such, the aim of this paper was to identify negative leadership styles. More importantly, the aim was to identify the characters in a pseudo-transformational leader that may trigger workplace ostracism.
