Abstract

[eng] Housing markets and saving of households : the FANIE model. . The French macweconomic models are too aggregatc in order to analyze precisely the short-term trends of the investment of households and the consequences of the intervention of public policy on housing markets. In order to overcome these difficultes, the SABINE model modelized differents housing markets, but appeared too large for a suitable utilization. The FANIE model there presented is a small size model based upon the SABINE model. It allows the dynamic analysis of the housing markets as well as the consequence of public policy interventions.
