Abstract

[eng] Purchasing a house doesn't work without buying equipments - Households who buy their housing with a loan do not present any sign of underequip- ment in relation to tenants, on the contrary. Better, upon entering the dwelling is a propitious time to buy long lasting equipment such as washing machines or dish washers. This period is neutral for buying leisure goods, however it is unfavourable for buying cars.
