Abstract

[fre] L ’ objet de cet article est de proposer un prolongement du modèle d ’ appariement ou de « matching » à un facteur travail hétérogène . Cet article présente une maquette du marché du travail désagrégée en plusieurs qualifications , en précisant pour chacune d ’ entre elles les fondements microéconomiques de la formation des salaires . Calibrée à partir de données relatives à l ’ économie française , elle permet d ’ évaluer l ’ impact de différentes mesures de politique économique : hausse du salaire minimum , exonérations de cotisations sociales ciblées sur les bas salaires . Mots-clés : modèle de matching , salaire minimum , allégements de charges sociales , hétérogénéité , déqualification [eng] A Matching Model with Heterogeneity of the Labour Factor : a New Tool for Evaluating Economic Policy . . This article deals with an extension of the matching model with a heterogeneous labour factor . It describes a model of the labour market disaggregated into several qualifications , specifying the microeconomic bases of wage formation for each . Calibrated using data on the French economy , it can be used to evaluate a range of economic policy measures , such as an increase in the minimum wage and exemptions from social security contributions targeting the low-paid .
