Abstract

En este artículo se presenta y se somete a prueba, a partir de un panel de empresas francesas, un modelo que podría reflejar los factores que determinan las dimisiones y despidospor motivo personal, y en particular su disminución con la antigüedad, para un salario determinado. . Con este objeto, se considéra un salario individual rígido y determinadas características de los asalariados y de los empleos observados progresivamente. Los factores déterminantes de los dos flujos difieren. La antiguedad tiene efectivamente las consecuencias previstas, pero el salario no produce en todos los casos los efectos contemplados. Un modèle susceptible de rendre compte des déterminants des démissions et des licenciements pour motif personnel, et particulièrement de leur diminution avec l'ancienneté, à salaire donné, est présenté et testé sur un panel d'entreprises françaises. On considère un salaire individuel rigide et des caractéristiques des salariés et des emplois observées progressivement. Les déterminants des deux flux différent. L'ancienneté a bien l'effet prédit mais le salaire n'a pas toujours le signe escompté. A model which is likely to indicate the determinants of quits and dismissals, showing that, for a given salary, both decrease with seniority, was presented and tested on a panel of French firms. A rigid personal salary and gradually observed characteristics of wage-earners and jobs were examined. The determinants of the two flows are different. Seniority does have the effect it was expected to have but the salary does not always bear the expected sign. Anhand eines Panels von französischen Unternehmen wird ein Modell präsentiert und getestet, das die Determinanten für die Kündigungen und Entlassungen der Arbeitnehmer aus persönlichen Gründen bei einem bestimmten Gehalt, insbesondere für ihre Abnahme mit zunehmender Betriebszugehörigkeit erklären kann. Ein Individuallohn von gleicher Höhe und die beobachteten Merkmale der Beschäftigten und Arbeitsplätze werden nacheinander untersucht. Die Determinanten der beiden Ströme unterscheiden sich. Während sich für die Betriebszugehörigkeit die vorhergesagte Auswirkung bestätigt, weist das Gehalt nicht immer das erwartete Zeichen auf.
