A szolgáltatások növekvő szerepe
[The growing role of services]

Abstract

A tanulmány a fejlett és a volt szocialista országok szolgáltató szektorát hasonlítja össze. Ez két szempontból különösen érdekes: egyrészt feltételezhető, hogy Kelet és KözépEurópában is megjelenik a nyugateurópai fejlődési modell számos (bár nem valamennyi) jellemzője, másrészt a szolgáltatások fejlesztésében késve induló kelet és középeurópai térség számos technológiai és szervezeti megoldást vehet át, megtakarítva a kísérletezés költségeit, időigényét. Ezek a megfontolások vezették a szerzőket, akiknek célja az volt, hogy feltárják a termelőszolgáltatások, elsősorban az üzleti szolgáltatások szerepét és növekedési lehetőségeit Magyarországon, felhasználva két keleteurópai ország, Bulgária és Szlovénia, valamint három Európai Unióhoz tartozó ország: Franciaország és a később csatlakozó Görögország és Spanyolország tapasztalatait.
