A szolgáltatási szektor és a gazdasági fejlődés
[The service sector and economic development]

Abstract

A tanulmány kiinduló megállapítása, hogy nem csupán a szolgáltatásgazdaság súlya növekedett meg a fejlett országok makrogazdasági szerkezetében a korábbiaknál is erőteljesebben, hanem - s ez még nagyobb jelentőségű - felgyorsult a szolgáltatási szektor belső szerkezetátalakulása is. A szektor új jellemzői részben ezzel a belső szerkezetátalakulással magyarázhatók. A szolgáltatások számbavételi problémái miatt a szektor termelékenységre gyakorolt hatását közvetett módszerekkel is érdemes megközelíteni. A cikk a hagyományos munka- és teljestényező-termelékenység mutatóit a tényezőigényesség mutatóival egészíti ki, és amellett érvel, hogy ennek a - belső összetételében, tényezőigényességi mutatóiban és gazdasági szerepében gyorsan változó - szektornak a termelékenységre gyakorolt hatása is megváltozott. A szerző a szerkezetátalakulást a szolgáltatások iránti kereslet változása szemszögéből igyekszik megvilágítani. A szolgáltatások iránti teljes keresletet összetevőire bontva (köztes felhasználás, végső felhasználás, beruházás és export) bemutatja, hogy a kereslet szerkezete eltolódott a végső felhasználástól a köztes felhasználás és a beruházások felé.
