Abstract

A gazdaságilag fejlett országok külföldi beruházásai az utóbbi évtizedekben gyors ütemben növekedtek, ugyanakkor munkanélküliségük legalábbis Európában nagyobb lett, béreik egyenlőtlensége fokozódott. Önkéntelenül is felvetődik a kérdés, nincs-e ebben valamiféle ok-okozati kapcsolat. Vajon nem a külföldi beruházások előretörése okozza-e a munkanélküliség makacsul magas színvonalát, növekedését és a béregyenlőtlenségek fokozódását? A tanulmány azt vizsgálja, hogy milyen hatással van az anyaország és a fogadó ország munkaerőhelyzetére a müködőtőke-áramlás, a külföldön megvalósított beruházások hogyan befolyásolják az érintett országok munkaerő-piaci helyzetét (a foglalkoztatás méretét, a foglalkoztatottak képzettség szerinti összetételét, a bérszínvonalat és a bérarányokat).
