A foglalkozási mobilitás változása Magyarországon két évtized adatai alapján
[Changes in occupational mobility in Hungary over two decades]

Abstract

Hogyan változott a foglalkozási mobilitás az elmúlt húsz évben Magyarországon, és miben különbözött a koronavírus-válság, valamint az azt követő időszak a pénzügyi válság időszakától? Tanulmányunkban ezt térképezzük fel a KSH munkaerő-felmérésének rotációs paneladatait felhasználva, a 2003-2022 közötti időszakra. Ez a hosszú adatsor lehetővé teszi, hogy a gazdasági ciklus különböző fázisaiban vizsgáljuk a foglalkozásváltás valószínűségét, és nem csupán a folyamatosan foglalkoztatottak, de a munkanélküliségből visszatérők adatait is kiaknázzuk. Megmutatjuk, hogy a foglalkozási mobilitást összességében a folyamatosan egy munkáltatónál dolgozók foglalkozásváltásai mozgatják, és ez nőtt meg extrém módon a koronavírus-járvány idején, valamint utána. Ebben radikálisan különbözik ez a válság a 2008-2010-es pénzügyi válság időszakától. A mobilitást befolyásoló tényezők is megváltoztak, amire az utal, hogy a legalább érettségizettek, de különösen az irányító pozícióban lévők körében nőtt meg a foglalkozásváltás valószínűsége.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: G01, J01, J6, J24, J62, J64.
