Abstract

Munkaszolgáltatások adásvételeként értelmezendő-e a munkaviszony vagy dolgozók bérléseként? A közgazdaság-tudomány álláspontja következetlen: jellemzően dolgozóbérlésnek deklarálja, ugyanakkor ideálisan munkaszolgáltatások adásvételeként gondolja el. Az írás érvelése szerint e következetlenség vélhető oka az abból fakadó szaktudományi dilemma, hogy a tömeges dolgozóbérlés színtereként értelmezett munkaerőpiac versenyzői egyensúlya elvi lehetetlenség.
