Smart working: il lavoro senza tempo e senza luogo

Abstract

Lo Smart Working ? un effetto collaterale del lockdown, seguito alla crisi pan-demica in atto. Ma non rappresenta semplicemente una transitoria esperienza di lavoro da casa. In questo paper cerchiamo di mettere in luce come e perch? lo Smart Working solleciti un radicale cambiamento nel modo in cui la nostra societ? lavorer? nel futuro. Cambier? il modo in cui lavoriamo e il modo in cui viviamo nella nostra casa e nella nostra famiglia. I sindacati dovranno ridefinire il loro ruolo, dal momento che ci stiamo dirigen-do verso una societ? di individui piuttosto che su una societ? fondata su classi so-ciali. Il Covid cambier? praticamente ogni cosa, anche perch? interagir? con l?uso estensivo dell?Intelligenza artificiale. Tempi difficili si profilano all?orizzonte.
