Fatti, pi? che parole. l?indagine osservante e l?analisi del comportamento di fruizione del visitatore museale

Abstract

L?analisi delle caratteristiche dei visitatori museali e, ancor pi? in particolare, dei loro comportamenti di fruizione, ha acquisito a livello internazionale una sempre maggiore rilevanza, mentre il contesto italiano denota un diffuso ritardo nei confronti del tema. In tale prospettiva, il paper intende analizzare una particolare metodologia di analisi, la c.d. "indagine osservante" ("timing and tracking"), centrata sullo studio dei comportamenti di fruizione del visitatore museale. Il lavoro cercher? di mettere in evidenza le peculiarit? di tale approccio allo studio del visitatore, che consente di identificare alcuni dei fattori in grado di influenzare i processi di fruizione che si svolgono all?interno delle sale del museo, anche alla luce dei recenti progressi tecnologici.
