Female work tra offittodi vetro e aratteristichedi genere

Abstract

Le organizzazioni imprenditoriali, lungi dall?essere per cos? dire gender blind o gender neutral, sono state per lungo tempo luoghi che riflettevano i valori maschili e le norme create dagli stessi uomini al comando. Oggi, invece, si impone un profondo ripensamento intorno alle dinamiche ed al rapporto tra genere maschile e femminile in azienda. In tale ottica il presente studio propone una riflessione sull?attuale situazione del female work, evidenziando, attraverso un?analisi descrittiva, le condizioni di parit?/disparit? di genere nelle organizzazioni imprenditoriali in quattro regioni del Sud Italia. Come sottolineato dall?analisi empirica, ? ancora evidente nelle zone di interesse della ricerca una profonda disparit? di genere, non solo in termini di partecipazione al mondo del lavoro, quanto soprattutto di progressione di carriera ed ascesa delle donne in posizioni apicali, con grave rallentamento della crescita economica e sociale.
