Abstract

In the knowledge economy era, the effective acquisition and application of knowledge has become a key element for enterprises to obtain a competitive advantage. The rapid development of the Internet has spawned a large number of virtual communities, providing a convenient channel for organizations and individuals to share knowledge. However, while virtual communities provide users with knowledge-sharing channels, there is also a common phenomenon that users' participation enthusiasm is not high. The social cognitive theory emphasizes the important influence of environmental factors on the development of things.
