Was kosten staatliche Maßnahmen zur Konjunkturstützung?

Abstract

Zur Nachfragebelebung könnten die Regierungen des Bundes und der Länder von der Gewährung einer Investitionsprämie in Höhe von 7,5% für private Investoren Gebrauch machen. Nimmt man als Bemessungsgrundlage nur die Nettoinvestitionen eines Unternehmens, käme für die Investitionsprämie in 2002 ein Betrag von etwa 10,5 Mrd. DM zustande. Dies wären rund 0,25% des Bruttoinlandsprodukts. Damit würde die Defizitquote mit knapp 2,6% noch innerhalb des Maastrichtkriteriums liegen.
