Wer mehr Ingenieurinnen will, muss bessere Karrierechancen für Frauen in Technikberufen schaffen

Abstract

Karrieren von Frauen in Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften und Technik sind noch immer selten. Karriereaussichten in diesen Berufen beeinflussen maßgeblich und früh, ob Mädchen und junge Frauen sich für diese Berufe entscheiden. Um mehr qualifizierte Ingenieurinnen und Naturwissenschaftlerinnen zu gewinnen, müssen Karrierechancen und die Berufskulturen deutlich verbessert werden.
