Eigenverantwortung in der Arbeitsmarktpolitik: zwischen Handlungsautonomie und Zwangsmaßnahmen

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag versucht eine differenzierte Betrachtung der Angemessenheit des ar-beitsmarktpolitischen Instrumentariums. Dabei stellt sich die Frage, wie die Neukon-zeption der Arbeitsmarktpolitik an die bisherigen Entwicklungen der Arbeitsförderung anschließt und inwiefern durch die jüngsten arbeitsmarktpolitischen Reformen eine Stärkung der Eigenverantwortung im Sinne einer größeren Handlungsautonomie (vgl. dazu Bothfeld/Gronbach 2002) erreicht wird. Hinsichtlich der neuesten Rege-lungen können die Wirkungen zwangsläufig zunächst nur abgeschätzt werden.
